Nosari Home Mortgage was a lifesaver. One day before scheduled closing, my Nationally known credit union decided that they had concerns over an issue, and as a result, denied the loan. Nosari stepped in and got us approved in three days, and closed in three weeks. My advice is to “go local” and work with people who know the area and the issues. Nosari folks were Super responsive, helpful and understanding, since our situation was literally a crisis. Best experience for Getting a mortgage I have ever had, (and it was our 10th mortgage.) You will not go wrong. 

Being a 1st time home buyer they explained everything so I was clear on loan type, payment, and closing cost, pushed my loan through fast so we could get closed on time, friendly staff always greeted with a smile and a handshake, even let me use their box truck to move!
